Who says healthy can't also be easy. Tacos are a super easy way to be healthy. Actually, you can put about any lean meat, veggies inside 2 corn tortillas, and it's super healthy. In this one, it's just a super easy crockpot prep.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
taco or southwest seasonsing
1 c water
corn torillas
Lettuce, tomato, cilantro
Cheese
Avocado (optional) - adds .5Blue
Directions:
- Put chicken, water, and seasoning into crockpot in morning
- Cook on Low for 6-8 hours
- When done, Mix and Shred chicken
- Serve on 2 corn torillas with chopped veggies
This is very yummy and easy!!
